The top floor flat

The top floor consists of a quirky three room flat.
After a few adjustments this will be Zoe's separate floor.
The purple bathroom and the ladder leading up to a litte sunbathing/stargazing niche are some of the little "fall-in-love" features :)

Garden room - ground floor

this east-facing rooom on the ground floor, looking out to the back garden, is planned for the office as it's where Karen will probably spend most of her waking hours (so she can contribute to the mortgage).

Greenery

The house was renovated about 10 years ago during which time the ground floor was turned into office space. This, along with the layout of the first and second floors is not particularly useful to anyone. But.... it has a lovely, peaceful garden which makes the rebuilding project worth getting into.

In the beginning...

Once upon a time 3 people and a cat outgrew their flat.
The floors were full of bags and boxes,
books were falling off the shelves and the cupboards were bursting at their seams.
So they searched and searched for a new place to live and to put all their stuff.
They looked at some real humdingers of houses and then they found this house standing all by itself in the middle of Göppingen.
